The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is seeking to purchase an OPMI Pico Surgical Microscopes (model S100) by Carl Zeiss or equivalent.All the initial deliverables must be received within 30 days of contract award. Reciprocal Procurement - Limited Supplier EligibilityThis solicitation of bids is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement.
This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of bids Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of bids.
Bids submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected.Security Requirements:The Contractor’s resource(s) are required to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access II (FA2) as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
