� All electrical upgrade work as identified. � Minor remediation works to interior and exterior including doors, windows, hardware, repairs to external steps outside rear Western Exit doors and removal or rusty screws/nails on exterior of building and touch up paint where required. � Upgrades as required for fire safety and compliance.
