- Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest: a) opracowanie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej dla Zadania, w tym projektu budowlanego/projektu rozbiórki/dokumentacja projektowa do zgłoszenia b) uzyskanie i przekazanie Zamawiającemu ostatecznej decyzji pozwolenia na rozbiórkę, niezbędnej do wykonania robót budowlanych w oparciu o opracowaną dokumentację projektową lub zgłoszenie robót budowlanych właściwemu organowi administracji architektoniczno – budowlanej i uzyskanie zaświadczenia o braku sprzeciwu w przypadku zgłoszenia robót budowlanych i przekazanie go Zamawiającemu c) pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w czasie realizacji robót budowlanych, realizowanych na podstawie opracowanej dokumentacji projektowej (zamówienie podstawowe) 2.
