Teilabriss und Neubau der noch nicht sanierten Schwimmhalle.
Dies betrifft auch weite Teile der bestehenden technischen Anlagen. Die bestehende, unsanierte Schwimmhalle mit einer Wasserfläche von ca. 510 m² soll abgerissen werden und gegen einen Teilneubau in vergleichbarer Größenordnung mit neuen technischen Anlagen ersetzt werden.
