Scope overview
Oulaisten uimahallin energiatehokkuuden parantamisen toimenpiteiden urakka Oulaisten uimahallin energiatehokkuuden parantamisen toimenpiteiden toteutus tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevien kaupallisten ja teknisten asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Oulaisten uimahalli on vuonna 2017 rakennettu uimahalli Oulaisten kaupungissa Uimarinkatu 2.
Uimahalliin tehdään rakenteellisia kunnostuksia huhti-elokuussa 2026 tilaajan erillisurakkana (ei sisälly tähän kilpailutukseen). Erillisurakka käyttää urakan aikana myös alakerran sosiaalitiloja. Samaan aikaan edellä mainitun urakan kanssa tehdään energiatehokkuutta parantavia toimenpiteitä LVIAS-järjestelmille (tämä kilpailutus).
Uimahallin sulkuaika on 19.6.-30.8.2026 ja altaat ovat heinäkuussa enintään kahden viikon jakson tyhjillään (ajankohta yhteensovitetaan tilaajan ja urakoitsijoiden kesken). Urakan on oltava valmis ja tilaajalle hyväksyttävästi luovutettu viimeistään 30.9.2026 mutta työvaiheiden oltava valmiita kuitenkin siten, että uimahallin normaali käyttö voi jatkua 1.9.2026.
Tarjouksessa on annettava erillinen hinta energiajärjestelmälle ja energiakaivokentälle. Energiakaivokentän osuus saatetaan toteuttaa tilaajan päätöksellä vasta myöhemmin. Valittava urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana. Urakassa noudatetaan voimassa olevia työturvallisuusohjeita ja säädöksiä. Urakasta laaditaan urakkasopimus.
