Compensation assumptions: FUNDRAISER (JACKPOCKET GIVES LLC) WILL MANAGE, ADMINISTER, PROMOTE AND HOST AN IN-APP SWEEPSTAKES AS A PROMOTIONAL TOOL TO SOLICIT CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS AND SHALL DISSEMINATE INFORMATION ABOUT OUR CHANGE FOUNDATION'S (OCF) CHARITABLE PURPOSE INCLUDING OCF'S ONGOING EFFORTS TO SUPPORT CHARITABLE CAUSES.
OCF IS RETAINING THE SERVICES OF THE FUNDRAISER TO ENGAGE IN CHARITABLE SOLICITATIONS ON ITS BEHALF. OCF SHALL RECEIVE AS A RESULT OF THIS SOLICITATION CAMPAIGN 30% AND FUNDRAISER SHALL RECEIVE 70% OF ALL FUNDS RAISED, WHICH WILL BE USED TO COVER ANY FUNDRAISING RELATED FEES AND EXPENSES.
