Te Hiringa Hauora/Health Promotion Agency wishes to develop an Outcomes Framework and Monitoring and Evaluation Plan. The Outcomes Framework needs to be founded upon Te Tiriti, and clearly articulate what �success looks like� for Te Hiringa Hauora and how we will achieve it. The Framework needs to align with our new 10-year strategy and highlight our lead role in health promotion. The Monitoring and Evaluation Plan will help ensure that Te Hiringa Hauora collects the required information to support the Outcomes Framework.
