AgResearch Seeks Output Management System for Research Publications

AgResearch is transitioning its Output Management process to improve its robustness and to meet new needs. There are multiple areas that fall under the umbrella of Output Management including the publication of products of research both internally and externally (to the public) being either research datasets or documents written to share the knowledge discovered during the research project, e.g.

journal articles, reports and other associated/relevant documents:- Categorisation and discoverability of outputs via metadata- Storage, sharing and publishing of outputs- Linking outputs (e.g.

datasets to articles and vice versa)- A formalised output release approval process- The system will support our reporting requirements to NZ Research Information System and other reporting requirements.We are looking for an off-the-shelf existing system that can perform to our requirements in all of these areas, be delivered in a professional and timely manner, and be adequately supported by the Supplier.
