Scope overview
Les travaux faisant l'objet du concours s'inscrivent dans le cadre du projet de rénovation et d'agrandissement de l'usine de traitement d'eau potable existante de Lugano-Cassarate. La nouvelle façade ventilée sera installée à la fois sur la partie existante du bâtiment (support en maçonnerie) et sur l'extension (support en béton armé).
Le panneau métallique prescrit pour la majeure partie de la façade est le modèle Alusion. Large Cell de 25 mm d'épaisseur, tandis que pour la partie restante de la façade, un panneau en aluminium peint mat à emboîtement (épaisseur 2 mm) est prescrit. Les travaux de pose de la façade seront effectués en coordination avec la pose des menuiseries (portes) par le menuisier.
