REQUEST FOR TENDER P2024-125 Tomoana Showgrounds Grandstand Deconstruction Tenders are requested for the above contract which involves the deconstruction of the existing Tomoana Showgrounds Grandstand which is predominantly made from concrete and steel. This is a large-scale deconstruction project with large quantities of concrete portals, foundations and ground beams.
There is also multiple spaces of asbestos for removal and disposal. We are looking for contractors who are able o provide solutions for glass, steel and concrete disposal in a sustainable manner.
The works involved include: � Decommissioning of existing site services � Site establishment � Extensive Asbestos removal and clearance � A and B class conditions � Salvage of equipment and materials in relation to the REBRI waste minimisation plan � Structural demolition/deconstruction � Bulk earthworks and site finishing � Site disestablishment � Make good of site Tender documents are available from the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) www.gets.govt.nz.
