Direct award under Lot 2 - Consultancy Services of the Midlands Highway Alliance (MHA), The Professional Services Partnership 4 (PSP 4) framework. The purpose of the service is to support the Traffic Regulation Order team in maintaining and reviewing Park Map records to enable TROs to be published and accessible to the public on-line.
