OnBase license is an enterprise content management software that integrates document management, business process management and records management in a single application, utilized for the agency s Complaint Unit Processing System. Any vendor who is capable of providing this service to DOI may express their interests in PASSPORT RFI No. 03226Y0066 no later than December 2, 2025 by 2:00PM.
