The New York City Administration for Children s Services (ACS) intends to renew its contract with CHDFS, Inc., for the continued provision of Parent Advocate/Initial Child Safety Conference Services. CHDFS s headquarters is located at 307 West 38 th Street, 6 th floor, New York, NY 10018.
Renewing this program allows ACS to continue to partner with providers who will recruit, train, deploy, and supervise parents with lived experience in the child welfare system to serve as Parent Advocates who will provide advocacy and support to parents, youth, and families before, during, and after Initial Child Safety Conferences. The renewal term of this contract is October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2028.
