Het referentieontwerp van de parkeergarage verder uitwerken naar een Voorlopig Ontwerp, een Definitief Ontwerp en Uitvoeringsontwerp en vervolgens het vastgestelde ontwerp realiseren. Het werk dient volgens de bouworganisatievorm Engineer & Build met toepassing van de Uniforme Administratieve Voorwaarden voor geïntegreerde contractvormen 2025 (UAV-GC 2025)] te worden gerealiseerd.
Op dit moment wordt uitgegaan van een start van werkzaamheden in week 16 van 2026 en een oplevering in augustus 2027. Deze planning is indicatief en kan nog worden gewijzigd. Belangrijkste doelstelling is dat de parkeergarage opgeleverd is op het moment dat het zwembad wordt geopend voor publiek.
