The Fire Department of the City of New York in the interest of promoting competition and in obtaining information on the Particulate Blocking Hoods , is seeking qualified proposers to respond to this Request for Information ( RFI ). This Request for Information (RFI) is being released through PASSPort. Responses to this RFI shall only be submitted via PASSPort.
