Laitteiden merkit ja hinnat täytetään tarjouslomakkeeseen ja lisäksi tuoteryhmän kokonaishinta tarjouspalveluun sille varattuun kenttään. Pateniemen koulun peruskorjaus valmistuu syksyllä 2026. Tarkka toimitusaika sovitaan tilauksen yhteydessä. Tarjousten vertailussa hinnan merkitys on 70% ja laadun 30%. Laatuarvioinnin suorittaa käyttäjien edustajista koostuva asiantuntijaryhmä.,
