There are three Council teams requiring Pavement and Utilities Investigation services, these are Traffic, Transport and 3 Waters. The Goods and/or Services for this RFP shall include, but are not limited to: ? GPR ? Coal tar ? Survey ? Potholes ? Boreholes � including laboratory tests ? Scala Penetrometer test ? Pipe CCTV ? Reinstatement ? Traffic Management Plan ? Liaise and Manage Subcontractors ? Reports
