Scope overview
Tellitava mõjuanalüüsi eesmärk on kirjeldada Eesti peresõbralikkuse märgise programmi tulemusi ja pikaajalisi mõjusid ning uurida Eesti peresõbralikkuse märgise arenguprogrammi edenemist ning teha ettepanekud edasise rakendamise osas. Vajalik on hinnata ka siiani tehtud kommunikatsiooni ja teadlikkuse tõstmise metoodika toimimist. Analüüsi tulemustel arendatakse peresõbraliku tööandja märgist.
Probleeme peab olema võimalik hinnata sihtrühmade lõikes. Mõjuanalüüsi tulemuste ja soovituste alusel on plaanis parandada peresõbralikkuse programmi tegevuste kvaliteeti ning vajadusel teha muudatusi selle rakendamise protsessi osas.
