Automatisiertes, deutschsprachiges Performance Marketing unserer gesamten Stellenanzeigen inklusive intelligenter Budgetverteilung auf den effektivsten Kanälen inkl. Social Media (mind. 50 Stück) sowie Websites (mind.
1000 Stück) und zur Ansprache aktiver und passiver Kandidaten und Kandidatinnen (wöchentliche Budgetverteilung nach Effektivität) anhand einer umfassenden, generalistischen Recruiting-Plattform inklusive Vollintegration in unser Bewerbungsmanagementsystem (BMS) Concludis. Die Laufzeit beträgt zunächst 2 Jahre mit der zweimaligen Möglichkeit der Verlängerungsoption zu je weiteren 12 Monaten.
Die Verlängerungsoption wird gezogen, sofern der Auftraggeber nicht innerhalb von 3 Monaten zum Vertragsende kündigt. Das Performance Marketing umfasst sowohl deutschlandweite Social-Media-Kampagnen von Fokusgruppen (max. 4 Fokusgruppen) wie auch aller anderen Stellenanzeigen (max. 100 Stück gleichzeitig) auf regionaler Ebene (im Umkreis von max. 70 km vom Standort der Uniklinik RWTH Aachen).
