Scope overview

The New York City Human Resources Administration through its HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) intends to renew one (1) contract with University Consultation and Treatment Center for Mental Hygiene, Inc., for provision of permanent supportive congregate housing to eligible homeless persons with AIDS or advanced HIV illness and their families with children.

The renewal term of the contract will be from 4/1/2026 to 3/31/2029.
