Scope overview
Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Beauftragung einer qualifizierten Personalberatungsagentur (bzw.
eines Headhunting-Unternehmens) mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Vermittlung von Führungskräften im Hochschul- und Wissenschaftsmanagement, nach Möglichkeit im internationalen Kontext, zur Identifikation und Gewinnung einer geeigneten Nachfolge für die Position der Gesamtkoordination (m/w/d) des deutschen Hochschulkonsortiums (K-TDU e.V.) an der TDU Istanbul ab 2027.
Die Gesamtkoordination soll im ersten Halbjahr 2027 die Tätigkeit in Istanbul aufnehmen und zuvor ein kurzes Onboarding in Istanbul und Deutschland absolvieren, um einen reibungslosen Übergang sicherzustellen.
Der Auswahlprozess schließt sämtliche Beratungsleistungen, die Erarbeitung eines Anforderungsprofils, gezielte Direktansprache, Vorauswahlen möglicher Profile und die Begleitung des gesamten Auswahlverfahrens ein. Einzelheiten sind der Leistungsbeschreibung in Anlage 02 der Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
