La présente consultation fera l'objet d'un marché conclu avec un seul opérateur économique, comprenant une partie traitée sous la forme d'un marché à prix forfaitaires, et une partie traitée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande.
La partie forfaitaire concerne les prestations suivantes : - les travaux de réhabilitation en milieu occupé, d'amélioration des performances énergétiques, d'amélioration de la qualité de service et de requalification des espaces extérieurs d'un groupe années 70 de 262 logements situés au 41 avenue de Flandre à Paris 19ème L'accord-cadre à bons de commandes portera sur les prestations suivantes : - les prestations ponctuelles d'accompagnement des locataires, des aides à l'installation d'équipements pour PMR, de dépose et repose de cuisines aménages (ou autres équipements posés par le locataire) et de remplacements d'appareils sanitaires et seront précisés dans la phase offre.
Le montant maximum du BPU est défini à 1 000 000 euros HT sur la durée de l'accord cadre soit 48 mois maximum
