The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) Health Services require the services of a Primary Care Physician for Grierson Institution in the Prairie Region. Objectives: The Contractor (Primary Care Physician) must provide and actively participate in the coordination of essential health care services to patients in collaboration with the Institution's inter-disciplinary health care team.
Deliverables: The Contractor (PCP) must provide integrated, trauma informed, culturally appropriate Primary Care health services to patients, as requested by the Project Authority, consistent with the Performance standards outlined in this statement of work.Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: None.Estimated quantity of commodity: See solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery:The period of the Contract is from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2028, inclusive.
