Scope overview
Der Projektgegenstand ist die Planung und Errichtung eines neuen Schulgebäudes für das Gymnasium Großburgwedel (Neubau2.0) mit einem geschätzten Gesamtvolumen von ca. 9.600m² BGF zuzüglich einer Freiraumgestaltung von ca. 16.500m² des Grundstücks. Hierfür ist eine Bestandsfläche von ca. 11.060m² BGF abzubrechen.
Der Neubau2.0 soll moderne Unterrichtsräume, naturwissenschaftliche Fachräume, Verwaltungs- und Gemeinschaftsflächen sowie Gestaltung der Freianlagen (Schulhof) enthalten. Zusätzlich umfasst der Projektgegenstand die Errichtung einer neuen Aula, die sowohl von der Schule aus auch von dem Auftraggeber (AG) genutzt wird. Vor Beginn der Maßnahme sind durch den AN Ausweichflächen bereitzustellen.
Hierbei handelt es sich sowohl um die Stellung temporärer Interimscontainer, mit einer Nutzfläche von ca. 2.000m², und eines dauerhaft zu errichtenden Multifunktionsgebäudes, mit einer Nutzfläche von ca. 730m². Das Umzugsmanagement schuldet der AN. Nach Fertigstellung, Übergabe und Inbetriebnahme hat der AN Wartungsleistungen für einen verlängerten Gewährleistungszeitraum von 10 bzw. 5 Jahren zu erbringen.
