Scope overview
Koordinierung von Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutz (SiGeKo) auf Baustellen gemäß BausteIIV, Zuckerfabrik 21, 70736 Stuttgart, für den Neubau eines Werkstattgebäudes für die Württembergischen Staatstheater. Bei der Maßnahme handelt es sich um ein Werkstattgebäude für die Bühnenbilder der Württembergischen Staatstheater.
Neben den Funktionbereichen Schlosserei, Schreiner, Lackiererei, Dekorationswerkstatt, Näh-und Malsaal, werden auch Bürozonen als Einzel-und Großraumkonzept umgesetzt. Die BGF beträgt rd. 17.250 m². Der Baubeginn der vorbereitenden Maßnahmen ist für April 2027 geplant. Der Baubeginn der Hauptmaßnahme erfolgt voraussichtlich ab Januar 2028. Die Fertigstellung wird angestrebt für 2031. Wichtige Hinweise:1.
Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich in begründeten Einzelfällen, insbesondere bei sicherheitsrelevanten Vorkommnissen, innerhalb von einer Stunde vor Ort auf der Baustelle zu sein (§3.6 des Vertrages). 2. Mit der Auftragsausführung soll unmittelbar nach Beendigung des Vergabeverfahrens begonnen werden.
