Scope overview
Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen ab Leistungsphase 2 HOAI gemäß RBBau (alt) - Aufstellung der ES-Bau - Neubau einer Ausbildungshalle für die Ausbildung des Gefechtsstandpersonals sowie für einen Anbau / Sozialbereich für die Wartung und Lagerung der zum Großteil in Fahrzeugen verbauten Gefechtsstandtechnik zu vergeben.
Die Vergabe erfolgt in folgenden Losen: • Los 1: Objektplanung Gebäude gemäß § 34 HOAI • Los 2: Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 51 HOAI • Los 3: Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 1–3 gemäß § 55 HOAI • Los 4: Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 4–5 gemäß § 55 HOAI • Los 5: Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppe 8 gemäß § 55 HOAI • Los 6: Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke und Verkehrsanlagen gemäß §§ 41–48 HOAI Für die Erstellung der Pläne ist das CAD/CAFM Pflichtenheft BLSA zu beachten!
