The consulting services (“the Services”) include [ the procurement of an experienced PROJECT Officer for 24 months with possibility to extend for additional 36months. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in international development, anthropology, statistics or any other relevant field (e.g. engineering, social sciences, etc)..
- Proficient at all aspects of computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet research, Project Management Software and Data Entry.
- Good writing skills with the ability to support preparation of reports; fluency (oral and written) in English is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years practical experience in a similar accountant role or DONOR project

- Five years’ proven experience in a project team role with similar responsibilities.
- Familiarity with public administration, and ability to work with a range of agencies at national, provincial and local level.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [ (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the [ Individual selection] method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
