Scope overview
Zur Ausschreibung kommen die Lieferung von Lösungen, Reagenzien und Kalibratoren sowie der erforderlichen Geräte im Rahmen der POC-Analytik von Glucose, Blutgasen, Oxymetrie und Elektrolyten inkl. der Bereitstellung einer POC-Management-Software zur KIS/LIS-Anbindung und des erforderlichen Service (Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsmanagement).
Zur Ausschreibung kommt weiterhin eine POC-Management-Software zur Anbindung der Geräte an das bestehende Laborinformationssystem, die gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit bietet, andere POC-Gerätehersteller mit anzubinden. Das POC-Gerätesystem muss so konzipiert sein, dass an 365 Tage im Jahr und 24 Stunden am Tag die Analytik durch die Anwender und unser Labor sichergestellt werden kann.
Gefordert ist ein einheitlicher Befundpreis (Festbetrag) je Blutgasanalyse(BGA)-Befund für alle Gerätetypen inkl. 3 QK pro Tag und Gerät. Auf der Basis der Analysenzahlen (Preisblatt) pro Jahr wird als Ergebnis der Ausschreibung ein Preis pro Patientenbefund erwartet mit jährlicher Angleichung an die aktuell erbrachte Befundzahl.
