Scope overview
Currently there are multiple software systems supporting devices installed throughout Canterbury, the West Coast and the Chatham Islands. This service supports hundreds of devices and thousands of users across the health systems of these regions and includes public hospitals, private hospitals, rural hospitals, medical practices and pharmacies. This adds complexity to managing the overall service.
We are seeking a single software solution (middleware) that will replace existing software and their respective hosting platforms. Specific details on the breakdown of devices in use will be made available on completion of a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) to vendors who Canterbury District Health Board considers are bona fide suppliers of laboratory testing hardware and software technology.
Please note, NDAs must be returned by 21 July 2021.
