Scope overview
Die grundsätzliche Leistung des Politik-Monitoring Tools besteht darin, ein Webportal mit Zugang zu relevanten öffentlichen Dokumentendatenbanken von Parlamenten, Regierungen, Ministerien, Behörden und Gerichten zur Verfügung zu stellen, in dem über Stichworte oder Schlagworte gesucht und in dem individuell konfigurierte Alerts angelegt werden können.
Des Weiteren recherchiert das Tool ebenfalls Pressemitteilungen, Social-Media Aktivitäten sowie umfassend relevante weitere Online-Nachrichtenquellen auf Landes-, Bundes- und EU-Ebene. Unabdingbar ist, dass Suchverläufe und Schlagwörter gespeichert und Alerts dazu gesetzt werden können und dass Themenmappen, Zusammenfassungen und Berichte mit Hilfe von KI-Auswertungen erstellt werden können.
Darüber hinaus soll der parlamentarische Verlauf von Gesetzesvorhaben nachvollziehbar dargestellt werden inkl. der entsprechenden Zeitleiste und den letzten und kommenden Beschlussstationen. Das Tool wird von einem kleinen Personenkreis von fünf Beschäftigten (Team SUP) genutzt. Alle Nutzer:innen haben Zugriff auf die durch das Tool bereitgestellten Inhalte.
Es ist nicht vorgesehen und auch nicht notwendig, eigene Inhalte einzustellen. Ein weitergehendes Rollenkonzept ist nicht vorgesehen. Die Benutzung des webbasierten Tools ist auch im mobilen Arbeiten möglich. Polit Monitoring Tool
