Scope overview
De uitvoering van postdiensten (haal- en brengservice) Om de processen rondom inkomende en uitgaande post te stroomlijnen, wordt er gebruik gemaakt van één opdrachtnemer voor het halen en bezorgen van de post op de campus. Uitgaande post wordt door medewerkers bij de postkamer in Zwolle aangeleverd. Alle post wordt ongefrankeerd verzameld.
De post wordt in drie stromen aan de huidige opdrachtnemer aangeboden, te weten Post 48 uur, Post 72 uur inclusief buitenlandse adressen en Aangetekende post. De gehele verwerking als wegen, tellen, frankeren, eventueel aanmelden in een portaal, etc. wordt door de huidige opdrachtnemer gedaan. Post vanuit Almere wordt tweemaal per week meegenomen naar Zwolle en aangeleverd bij de postkamer.
Indien Almere ‘snelle’ post of pakketten heeft, neemt de receptie van Almere direct contact op met opdrachtnemer.
