Les entreprises intéressées par cet appel d’offres et déjà enregistrées sur la plateforme ERP du HCR sont invitées à consulter le dossier d’appel d’offres directement sur ERP à travers la négociation UNHCR ITB 2492 Les entreprises intéressées et non encore enregistrées sont invitées à manifester leur intérêt en adressant un email à l’adresse bkfousup@unhcr.org.
L’annexe F indiquant comment s’enregistrer sera partagé sur les adresses communiquées par les structures intéressées. Le dossier d’appel d’offres, ainsi que ses annexes est disponible et téléchargeable sur le site des Nations Unies UNGM : https://www.ungm.org; La date de clôture de l’appel d’offres est fixée au 01 avril 2026 à 23h59 mn heure locale .
Une visite de site est obligatoire pour tous les lots sauf pour le lot 4 Djibo suivant le calendrier ci-dessous : Mercredi 04 mars à 11 h00 : Ouagadougou Jeudi 05 mars à 11 h00 : Kaya Vendredi 06 mars à 11 h00 : Ouahigouya Lundi 09 mars à 12h00 : Fada Mercredi 11 mars à 11h00 : Dori Une conférence de pré soumission est prévue le 17 mars 2026 de 10h00 à 12h00 Via Microsoft Teams et en présentiel dans la salle de conférence du HCR à Ouagadougou comme suit : La soumission doit être faite uniquement sur la plateforme ERP du HCR.
