Scope overview
The National Defence Canada (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), through the Canadian Forces Health Services Group (CF H Svcs Gp), has a requirement to establish a Standing Offer for the supply of Power Consoles (PC) with high-speed drills to replace their existing, outdated and less advanced, Hundson Brace hand drills. The Power Consoles and high-speed drills are intended to enable 1 Cdn Fd Hospital R2B to carry out its mission to conduct lifesaving Damage Control Surgery for patients with neurosurgical damage.
