Scope overview
- Objet de l'accord-cadre (cf. art 2-1 du règlement de la consultation) L'accord-cadre a pour objet la préparation et la livraison en liaison froide de déjeuners et goûters pour les Etablissements d'Accueil du Jeune Enfant (EAJE) de la ville du Havre. Le candidat devra inclure dans sa proposition, un accompagnement des personnels de la collectivité aux suivis de commande et effectuer une sensibilisation sur les techniques du réchauffage, présentation des plats et/ou thématique des plats et sur le respect des normes réglementaires de la restauration collective ; ainsi que des animations sur la sensibilisation aux goûts parents/enfants. - Forme de l'accord-cadre (cf. art 2-2 du règlement de la consultation) La présente consultation donnera lieu à l'établissement d'un accord-cadre à prix unitaire. Il sera mono-attributaire et exécuté par l'émission de bon de commande. Il sera conclu sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel de 600 000 euros HT
