Title: Presolicitation - Repair of the Advanced Display Core Processor (ADCP) and Digital Map Processor (DMP) Notice ID: FA8538-26-R-0004 Synopsis for this requirement is being issued by AFSC/PZAAB (FA8538).
WR-ALC anticipates a Firm Fixed Price contract for the repair of the Advanced Display Core Processor (ADCP), NSN: 1270-01-562-6566FX, PN: 8525470-951 and Digital Map Processor (DMP), NSN: 5895-01-444-5142FX, PN: 8520305-911 to provide all the necessary parts and labor to test and repair the ADCP/DMS.
The repair of the ADCP/ DMS is performed as a Direct Sales Partnership Agreement (DSPA) with the Government (WR-ALC/EMXG), supporting requirements generated for the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), 638th Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG), 409th Supply Chain Management Squadron (SCMS)/GUMCA. The contract will be a one-year (12-month) Definitive Contract.
The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Other Than Full and Open procedures in accordance with FAR Part 6.302. The Government does not own any production level technical data in support of this requirement.

As a result, Honeywell International, CAGE 07187, is the only known source with adequate knowledge of the F-15E’s Advanced Display Core Processor (ADCP) / Digital Map Processor (DMP)’s performance requirements and possession of the required technical data and capabilities needed to repair this item and ensure compatibility of the equipment.
The Governments required delivery schedule is 12 months after receipt of asset. The quantities shown below represent the Quantities for this effort.
