Scope overview
Las actividades que deberá llevar a cabo el Adjudicatario del Contrato resultante de esta Prestación de Servicio son las siguientes: a) En materia de Seguridad y Salud en Proyectos y Obras: i) Elaboración o supervisión del Estudio o Estudio Básico de Seguridad y Salud, conforme a lo estipulado en el Real Decreto 1627/1997, para los proyectos elaborados por Enaire, cuando sea requerido por la unidad organizativa responsable de la redacción del proyecto.
ii) Cuando no sea necesario Estudio, pero se considere conveniente o necesario, elaboración o revisión de Documentos de Medidas de Seguridad y Salud para incluir en los Pliegos de los contratos de Obra, Servicio o Suministro. iii) Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud en fase de proyecto, cuando sea necesario, por haber más de un proyectista, conforme a lo estipulado en el Real Decreto 1627/1997.
iv) Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud en fase de ejecución de Obras, conforme a lo estipulado en el Real Decreto 1627/1997, por el que se establecen disposiciones mínimas de seguridad y salud en las obras de construcción, así como en la Guía Técnica de Desarrollo del INSHT, tal como se indica en la descripción detallada.
v)Asesoramiento técnico y legal a Enaire con relación a normativa y procedimientos relacionados con Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud, y/o Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales en proyectos y obras.

b)En materia de Gestión y Vigilancia Ambiental: i) Elaboración o supervisión de informes, estudios y memorias, exigidas por la normativa aplicable de Evaluación Ambiental, estatal y/o autonómica, tal como se indica en el apartado correspondiente de descripción detallada, o normativa equivalente en materia de medio ambiente.
ii) Vigilancia Ambiental de Obras sujetas a Evaluación o Autorización Ambiental en ejecución, tal como se indica en el apartado correspondiente. iii) Asesoramiento técnico y legal a Enaire con relación a normativa y procedimientos relacionados con la Tramitación y Vigilancia Ambiental de Proyectos y Obras.
