Scope overview
Le Centre de Gestion de la Fonction Publique Territoriale de la Drôme, représenté par sa Présidente, procède à la présente consultation en vue de souscrire des contrats d'assurance garantissant les risques financiers liés à la protection sociale statutaire des personnels des collectivités territoriales, des établissements publics du département et pour lui-même en application de du code général de la fonction publique (article 26 de la loi n° 84-53 du 26 janvier 1984 portant dispositions statutaires relatives à la Fonction Publique Territoriale) ou des textes précédents le code et non encore codifiés et du décret n° 86-552 du 14 mars 1986.
L'adhésion à ces contrats est proposée aux collectivités territoriales et aux établissements publics affiliés et non affiliés au Centre de Gestion. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période de quatre (4) ans.
