Scope overview
Secteur Aix-en-Provence Marché à prix mixte, composé : - D’une part forfaitaire correspondant à l’exécution des prestations supports (pilotage et gouvernance) ; - Concernant les autres prestations, d’une part unitaire sous la forme d’un accord-cadre avec maximum fixé pour 2 ans, passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique.
L’exécution de cette part donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale de 2 ans, à compter de sa date de notification. Les prestations prendront effet au plus tôt à compter du 01/01/2027. Concernant la part unitaire chaque période est assortie d'un seuil maximum fixé à 820 000€ HT. Ce seuil maximum est identique pour chaque période.
