Le présent accord-cadre concerne les prestations de restauration portant sur des repas préparés en liaison froide, de goûters et de diverses prestations pour les membres du groupement de commandes, et concernant : • la restauration scolaire et extrascolaire destinée aux enfants et adultes déjeunant dans les écoles maternelles et élémentaires et les centres de loisirs des communes membres du groupement ; • la restauration des services de petite enfance de certaines communes membres du groupement.
Conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 et L. 2113-7 du Code de la commande publique (CCP), un groupement de commandes a été constitué entre les Communes de MONTCHANIN (71210), SAINT-SERNIN-DU-BOIS (71200), SANVIGNES-LES-MINES (71410), TORCY (71210) et LE CREUSOT (71200). La Commune du Creusot a été désignée Coordonnateur du groupement de commandes.
