DIA is leading the Water Services Reform Programme and is seeking to procure Print House Services for 10 individual Water Service Entities (WSEs) across New Zealand. Each of which will have its own specific print and mail house demands which will need to be met.
The broad scope of services required from the partner are: - The consumption of data files provided by WSE�s to create mailout materials to customers, either physical material or digital - Management of returned mail or bounced back emails - Regular reporting containing statistical information on billing runs, returned mail or email bounce-backs etc - Processing of daily files into dunning letters - Maintaining sufficient stocks to facilitate unplanned communication The supplier briefing is on 31 July at 1pm.
