• The Republic of Tajikistan has received funding from the World Bank and the European Commission - World Bank Partnership Program Part III for Europe and Central Asia A single-donor trust fund administered by the World Bank to cover the costs for the Tajikistan Strengthening Water and Irrigation Management Project (TSWIMP) and intends to use part of the funds received for payments under Contract No.SWIM-G-NCB-06 “Procurement and equipping of instruments for measuring/water level (electronic sensors/radar for transmitting water level monitoring data to IMIS, WIS and WUAs)”.
• Project Management Unit under the Agency for Land Reclamation and Irrigation (ALRI) invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for “Procurement and equipping of instruments for measuring/water level (electronic sensors/radar for transmitting water level monitoring data to IMIS, WIS and WUAs)”.
• Bidding will be conducted through national competitive bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB), in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing Borrowers, July 2016 (edited February 2025 ) and are open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Rules.
• Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information at address specified​ in paragraph 5, and get acquainted with tender documentation during the working time from 09:00 to 16:00 Dushanbe time.
• Tender documentation in Russian may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of a written applications to the address below:

• Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than January 05, 2026 at 15:00 Dushanbe time . Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone else who chooses to attend at the address below on January 05, 2026 at 15:00 Dushanbe time.
• All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” in the amount of 39,000.00 somoni .
• Reference is made to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose the beneficial ownership of the successful tenderer as part of the Notice of Award using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form included in the solicitation documents.
