NG-YOBE IMPACT-459382-GO-RFB N5,100,000.00 BIDDING PROCEDURES Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Regulations for IPF Borrowers 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement Regulation.

INVITATION Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information in writing from the State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU), through the Program Manager (PM) or email address: and may also inspect the bidding documents during office hour between 9:00am to 4:00PM from Monday to Friday at the address given below.
PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENTS: A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by the interested eligible bidders upon submission of writing application to the address given below and upon payment non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N100,000.00) for the package.

A copy of the bidding document can be sent to the bidder upon a written request through courier firms at the service cost to the bidder.
