“For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments by the Federal Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (FPCU) office under the Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands (MILLs). The Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands, Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project, Phase Two (LLRP II) now invites sealed quotation from eligible Bidders for the procurement of the following service.

s.no Lot No Description of Service Unit of Measure Qty Remark 1 Lot I Promoting a digital solution for LLRP II crop and livestock value chain in PAPs, MSEs and PASCCOS across the project areas Lump sum 1 Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Method using a Request for Quotation (RFQ ) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 and latest revised in February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

The RFQ document in English language can collected by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by their respective email address or the Bidder can collect the soft copy of the RFQ document from Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands, Federal Project Coordination Unit (FPCU) in No 9 below address.

Quotations must be delivered to Procurement Unit, Federal Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project , Mobile Plaza Building, 2nd Floor, Room No. C13 , Africa Avenue Street, in front of Dembel City center, Near Aberus building on or before 30th December 2025 at 3:00 PM . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late quotations will be rejected.
