Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, Keneng Motjamela, keneng.motjamela@gov.ls and Masingoaneng Sekete, masingoaneng.sekete@gov.ls and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 0900 to 1600 hours at the address provided below.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M2000,00. The method of payment will be EFT. Banking details will be obtained from the Project Coordinator’s office at Finance House, Third Floor Office No. 3047, and receipted by, the Financial Management Specialist.

The document will be collected in hard copy from the Procurement Specialist Office, Finance House, Second Floor, Office no: 2010 from 0800hrs to 1400hrs, or an electronic copy will be shared by email. Bids must be delivered in hard copies (1 original and 5 hard copies) to the address below on or before December 18, 2025. at 2:00pm (SAST). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Ten-Thousand Maloti (M10,000.00).

Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s Beneficial Ownership , as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
