The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received credit from the International Development Association (IDA) of the World Bank Group toward the cost of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Integrated Tourism Development Project (KITE) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the “Procurement of Security Equipment and Tools for the enhancement of Security measures at the Archaeological Sites in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Takht-e-Bahi, Jamal Ghari District Mardan , Bhamala District Haripur , Akra Mound District Bannu & Saidu Stupa at District Swat ) ” through this Request for Bid (RFB) with the following lots therein; Lots Description Lot-I Procurement of CCTV Cameras Systems & Allied Accessories.
Lot-II Procurement, Supply & Installation of Steel Wire Fencing Lot-III Procurement of Safety Tools & Equipment. Lot-IV Procurement of Firefighting Equipment (Fire and smoke alarm systems, fire extinguishers etc.) 2.

The Project Management Unit (PMU) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Integrated Tourism Development Project (KITE) invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Security Equipment and Tools for the enhancement of Security measures at the Archaeological Sites in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Takht-e-Bahi, Jamal Ghari District Mardan , Bhamala District Haripur , Akra Mound District Bannu & Saidu Stupa at District Swat ) . 3.
Bidding will be conducted through a One-Envelope Bidding Process following National Market Approach using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 (Revised November 2017, August 2018 & November 2020) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Section Email procurement.kite@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours . 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below or can be downloaded from the (PMU-KITE DoT) website www.kite.gkp.pk. 5.
A Pre-bid meeting will be held on December 09 , 2025 at 1130hrs in the office of the Project Director PMU KITE DoT at the address given below. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 1230hrs on December 19, 2025 . Electronic Bidding will Not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on December 19, 2025 at 1400 hrs. 6. The amount of the Bid security shall be 500,000/- for each lot in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) in the form of an Irrevocable, Unconditional Bank Guarantee issued by a schedule Bank of Pakistan, Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). 7.
Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document. 8.
