The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Institutional Capacity Building Project , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of High-Performance Server Equipment to Support the Implementation of Artificial Intelligence Technologies within the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 2.
The Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of High-Performance Server Equipment to Support the Implementation of Artificial Intelligence Technologies within the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 3.
Bidding will be conducted using Request for Bids method through the National Competitive Procurement approach as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised in November 2017, August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”) , and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from “ Institutional Capacity Building Project Implementation Unit under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (PIU) through the email piu_mof@mail.ru and inspect the bidding documents during office hours from 09:00 am to 18:00 pm. at the address given below. 5.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The documents will be sent by e-mail to the Bidders. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below or by 11-00 am (local time) , 12 December, 2025 . Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 11-15 am (local time) , 12 December, 2025. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” in the amount of 5,000.0 (five thousand) US Dollars. 8.
