INTRODUCTION The Federal Government of Nigeria on behalf of Ekiti State has received a credit /financing from the World Bank towards the cost of IMPACT project and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards the payment under the contract for the procurement of hospital equipment for One Hundred and Three (103) selected Public Health Centers in Ekiti State The Ekiti State Government, through the Project Management of IMPACT project now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of hospital equipment for One Hundred and Three (103) selected Public Health Centers in Ekiti State below: NO LOT DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND EQUIPMENT QUANTITY LOCATION BID SECURITY 1 1 Hospital Equipment Annex 1 bid document Central medical store/ PIU office Ado Ekiti 20,000,000.00 BIDDING PROCEDURE Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procurement using Requests for Bids (RFB) as specified with World Bank's procurement regulations for IPF Borrowers 2021 edition "Procurement regulations and it is opened to all eligible Bidders as defined in the procurement regulations.

In addition please refer to paragraph 3.14 -3.17in the ``procurement regulations`` on the conflict of interest.

INVITATION Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information in written from State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) through the Project manager, or e-mail sundayomoya@yahoo.co.uk And may also inspect the bidding document during office hour between 9.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday at the address giving below excluding public holidays.

PAYMENT FOR BIDDING DOCUMENT A complete set of Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee ( N 75,000.00) cash for the package. The mode of payment will be by bank draft issued in favour of Ekiti State Ministry of Health, Malaria Elimination Programme, Wema Bank 0124819780.

A copy of the bidding document can be sent to the bidder upon a written request through a courier firm at the service cost to the bidder. BIDS SUBMISSION AND OPENING Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the 12.00 noon, 23rd December, 2024 Electronics Bidding WILL NOT be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representative and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below by 1.00 pm, 23rd December, 2024 BID SECURITY All bids will be accompanied by a Bid Security of N 20,000,000:00 Million and Bidders are advised to adhere strictly to all the above.

Attention is also drawn to the procurement regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as parting the contract Award Notices, using the Beneficial Ownership Discloser form as included in the bidding document.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS Contractors that meet the following criteria are eligible to apply the list is as follows Evidence of registration with Ekiti State Public procurement Agency Evidence of previous minimum of 3 similar work done in the last 5 years for World Bank or Multilateral Agencies including letter of award and job completion certificate.

Provide evidence of firm's corporate Registration in Nigeria (CAC) Evidence of company tax payment for 2021, 2022 and 2023. Detailed company profile. Audited financial statements for the last 3 years to demonstrate the financial capability of the Bidder in terms of profitability and adequate working capital.

Minimum average annual turnover in supply of similar goods of at least N 1.5 billion in the last three (3) years. Affidavit that all information presented in the bid is true and correct in all particulars and can be verified.

DISCLIAIMER This advertisement shall not be construed to mean commitment on the part of Ekiti State IMPACT Project to award any form of contract and will not indemnify any contractor in relation to any expenses incurred there in 10.
