“For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments by the Federal Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project (FPCU) office under the Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands (MILLs). The Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands, Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project, Phase Two (LLRP II) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of the following items.

The bidding document in English language can collected by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by their respective email address or the Bidder can collect the soft copy of the bidding document from Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands, Federal Project Coordination Unit (FPCU) in No 9 below address.

Bids must be delivered to Procurement Unit, Federal Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project , Mobile Plaza Building, 2nd Floor, Room No. C13 , Africa Avenue Street, in front of Dembel City center, Near Aberus building on or before 14th January 2026 at 3:00 PM . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below Lowlands Livelihood Resilience Project-project conference hall on 14th January 2026 at 3:30 PM . 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 800,000.00 (Eight Hundred Thousand Birr ) CPO, Unconditional Bank Guarantee from the Recognized Bank. 8.

Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document. 9.
