“For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.” The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of the following goods: Item Quantities Printers 50 Cartridges 100 Cabling: 8-Port Switch 5 UTP Ethernet Cable-3M UTP Ethernet Cable-5m 10 10 3.

Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.

The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of M2000,00. The method of payment will be EFT. Banking details will be obtained from the Project Coordinator’s office at Finance House, Third Floor Office No. 3047, and receipted by, the Financial Management Specialist. 6.

The document will be collected in hard copy from the Procurement Specialist Office, Finance House, Second Floor, Office no: 2010 from 0800hrs to 1400hrs. An electronic copy will be shared by email. 7. A Pre-Bid meeting shall be held virtually on November 13th, 2025 at 11:00 am, (Lesotho Local Time). 8.

Bids must be delivered in hard copies (1 original and 5 hard copies) to the address below on or before December 05, 2025, at 12:00hrs. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below, 9.
