17-A, Defence Colony, opposite Pakistan Baitulmal, Qafla Road Peshawar, not later than 04 November 2025 – 12:00 Noon and shall be opened on the same date at 12:30 PM in the presence of authorized representatives of the firms who wish to be present. Terms and Conditions: The Quotation/Bids must be submitted according to the RFQ.
Details are provided in the Request for Quotations (RFQ) that are available in the office of the undersigned or can be downloaded from the Download Section of: www.kprmp.gov.pk Firms must submit valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration documents. Taxes will be deducted according to government rules. The firms must have at least two years of experience in supply of IT Equipment & Office Peripherals.
The firms submitting quotations must submit an affidavit that the firm has never been blacklisted in any Government organization. Quotation must be typewritten. Incomplete/conditional, overwritten quotations will not be considered. If the Bidder is not a manufacturer/Distributer but is offering the Goods on behalf of the Manufacturer/Distributer, the bidder must provide a valid Authorization Certificate.
The Prices indicated in the Price Schedule shall be delivered duty paid (DDP). The price of other (incidental) services, if any, may be mentioned separately. Offers shall be quoted in Pak Rupees.
This office reserves the right to accept or reject all of the submitted quotations as per World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services July 2016 Revised November 2017, August 2018 November 2020, September 2023 and February 2025 Director, Shared Services Unit (SSU) House No.1, Street No.
